Beem Projects was established in 2014. We are an emerging architectural drafting & design company who have successfully delivered many residential projects throughout Sydney. Starting out with small renovation projects, we have progressed quickly and have since worked on a number of new homes, townhouses & dual occupancy developments.  

 

We are based in South Sydney with a focus on residential architectural drafting, design and property development.  Our in-depth knowledge of property planning & zoning controls allows us to assess the development potential and feasibility of a site.

Practicing in the architecture industry for a number of years has provided a strong understanding of managing the design process to meet the needs of each individual client. Having additional experience in Commercial Real Estate has provided knowledge in the sales & marketing of properties - development sites in particular.
